Project Reflection

Me and my group did a documentary on the Catalina Experience containing fun memories on the island and information on what this intersession is all about SUSTAINABILITY! I am very proud of our documentary because I think its very professional and its just jammed pack full of good information. I'm also very proud of it because it has cool music that was picked and placed amazingly. The process we went through was LONG! First we had to take the film, then we had to import it, then we had to cut and edit the interviews, then we had to we had to add any pictures or special effects, then titles, then do voice overs, finish editing, add music, then finally credits and bloopers.

I learned many things from the process like... what's life like for Catalina for the locals there, I learned a lot about the i-movie editing process and others definitions of sustainability. The challenge that we had was definitely staying focused we would goof of at times but we really got it back together I think.

My final definition of sustainability is taking care of the needs of the people today without damaging the resources for the people tomorrow and to advance as much as we can now in renewable energy.

My final definition of an environmental steward is someone that is willing to take responsibility for what they do now and they care about tomorrow.
